We use Australia Post to ship all orders within Australia and worldwide. Tracking is provided with all shipments. We offer signature on delivery no charge for all shipping methods. If you decline this option by ticking the 'Authority to Leave' box in cart this means you give permission for your order to be left at the nominated address without signature and Medusa will bear no responsibility for any order that goes missing after it has been delivered. You are responsible for the package from the moment it is scanned as delivered by Australia Post or international postal agent.
For domestic orders you may choose from standard parcel post or express post shipping. Standard parcel post shipping times can vary greatly depending on your location and Australia Post’s volume of shipments at the time. Express post is our customers most commonly elected shipping option. Express post generally takes 1-3 business days depending on your location. We ship from Byron Bay, NSW Australia 2481. Unfortunately, we are not in the Australian overnight shipping network and delivery takes 2 business days to most places with some exceptions.
We send everyday Mon-Fri excluding public holidays. Post usually leaves here at 1.30pm (AEST GMT+10) Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday however this is not always possible and does sometimes leave earlier in the day. Post usually leaves at 11am (AEST GMT +10) on Wednesdays.

Please note- due to COVID and the decreased amount of international flights there can be delays of around 1-2 weeks.
We accept returns for refund within 1 month of the delivery date. The product must be brand new in the packaging and not removed from the gold binding or the backing card. If the product has been removed we can not accept a return and refund you. You may remove the product from the plastic sleeve to hold against your hair for a more accurate comparison. To return the product it must be neatly repackaged in the plastic sleeve as it arrived. If you would like to make a return please first contact us by email.
